  • Error in motion material...now what?

I have just noted a significant error in my motion material due to improper calculation of financials. The irony is not lost on me that it was my very $$$ lawyer who made the error. The error falsely places ALOT of money into my ex's pocket where it should not be. I am now self-rep due to high legal bills so my lawyer is no longer representing me . When assigned the motion date, the judge was very clear that NO MORE materials were to be filed before the long motion took place. THis is a final motion to settle all issues. What do I do now? Do I bring the corrected material to the motion and try to get it included? Do I try to file a new affidavit even though the judge said no more material? yikes
