reply to answer?

If I respond to my ex's answer to my application, can I include other orders at that point? i.e. Costs, modifications to separation agreement?

A Reply is specifically to the information contained in the Answer. It does not include new prayers for relief.

If you want something you did not request in your Application, you will need to amend your Application.

Thanks. So do I submit an amendment and serve the respondent also? Or, is it just a new application?
