I came across this interesting judgment on section 7 extra curricular expenses.
In Griffiths v.Griffiths[1.], The court held that the onus is on the claimant to demonstrate that the section 7 expense is reasonable and necessary for children's best interest. In the result, the court refused to allow such expense with reasons.
