Me and my wife has settled all of the issues with written separation agreement prepared with help from this website sticky post. Thanks so much. Now we want to file for divorce jointly. We will need to bring From 8A. But my question is whether we will need to fill the Form 6B or Form 36 even when we are doing joint filing of divorce.
