My ex and I high conflict situation. There's a peace bond against him. we have a third party for children exchange and monitored email only. This has greatly reduced my stress, he is an extremely hard person.

We have Big financial issues to discuss in arbitration and only 2 days booked, I do not want to eat up the arbitrators time and the retainer on this...I bet my ex does though, he would probably wants to distract big time from income talks.
