Draft order question - where does other party indicate approval of draft ?

Hi all,

I just finished up typing a Form 25 (Draft Temporary Order). I took it verbatim from the Endorsement.

I am prepared to serve it on the Respondent for her approval, but I don't see where on the form she would sign.

Any idea anyone ?

I believe they initial or sign every page.
