If divorce proceedings end with one side conceding before it gets to trial, are the records public? I know they aren't sealed, but that also means that if it doesn't go to trial that it can't be accessed via forums such as CanLII. However, if a stranger asks for the record of Rabbit vs. Mouse, can they get access to it?

Child protection files are sealed as a matter of course, other files are not.
If it doesn't go to trial, information in a case file is not accessible to the public.
