The ex's lawyer has scheduled a settlement conference. There are many issues, including division of property. However, in the Notice it is only indicated that the issues are: "child custody, access, and child support".
Is it their intention to ONLY deal with those issues? There are now several motions before the courts and it was agreed that we would have a settlement conference to try and narrow the issues.
But if they have specifically only put those three things down, do they intend to not address the other issues and simply delay the motions?
