  • Everybody has a "side" / "motive"

Look, no matter what, the courts will hear both sides..

At the end of the day, it's really about the KIDS.

If you have "motive," for whatever reason, financial presumably either way, it will be FOUND OUT!

So, keep in mind that motive, for yourself or recognizing it in your X, will have an impact on your presentation in court. If your presentation in court comes with allegations, please be prepared to state those with FACT, not misrepresentation. Similarly, if you are in the midst of being the "accused" please become prepared t DEFEND the accessions on this board simply for authenticity.

Simply put, there are always VARIOUS sides to every story: the accessions, the defence, AND THEN TRUE FACTS.

Can you do it? True facts? Admit your less tan stellar position? Or do you come on this board with YOUR side only?

The Family Law Courts of Ontario will only look at facts.

And then the matter in which you will present them.. to sway the courts to your side.

It's objective by the better representation, no matter what's in the best interests of the children.

    My vent... Sorry!
