    I don't plan on doing this, but still, would invite any comments on this tactic.

    Unless something has materially changed after the original filing date which means you should start from scratch.....I'd say it is a cheap tactic and not worthy of someone trying to present themselves to a judge as a fair party negotiating in good faith.

    But I don't know how any one particular judge would feel.

    I know I would not want to stoop to that level.
