  • Can you withdraw from mutual consent?

Can person withdraw from a custody access consent? Basically I had to sign under duress (police charges and then withdrawn)
My choices were sign or don't see my children. Charges were dropped so I want to void that consent. Can I do that?

here we go again. NEVER sign anything you do not feel comfortable in signing and then expect to be able to change it later. Either way you are/were going to have to go before a judge to either see your kids or now to change the custody access. Make very sure that you have a case before wasting money.

What is wrong with the custody access that you have a problem with?? What were the police charges and who filed them and withdrew them??

If you don't know the situation or the question bothers you than skip it. Your tone is despicable.

It was either give into her extortion or don't see my kids period.
