17A Case Conference Brief

What are we allowed to place in this. This is for a motion that will be upcoming and there are already affidavits filed along with the motion info forms.

The case conference brief does not form part of the record and is generally disposed of after the hearing.

If it was me, I would copy and paste your affidavit paragraphs to the case conference brief.

Its not clear why motion material has been served and filed already and why a case conference is being scheduled now unless some new issues surfaced. In any regard, you should obtain a copy of the endorsement section of the record.

the first motion date was just with duty counsel, was told to file 17A and 14C before the court date before the judge, also the ex never answered the original motion and was given 2 more weeks to respond, if doesn't respond then the case may go ahead on the 23C. It sucks that everything takes so long, as I fall more and more into arrears. I hope they will erase any arrears as I was upto date when I first filed everything.
