Hello all...i am new here and need some help. I have been seperated from my ex for 10 years. I have been in a new relationship for 8 years now. I have 2 kids from my ex and two with my new spouse. I owe back support. I have an aggrement for support which i am having trouble with.
Can i still get a divorce?

Yes you can still get a divorce. Keep in mind that any property or pension that has not been settled cannot be claimed now.

If you are struggling to make your CS payments, you could try to get a variance, keeping in mind that the difference in payments might not be worth what it would cost you in legal fees.

Of course you can get a divorce. Maintenance (alimony) is a separate issue.
