jeff, asked approx. a week or so ago I was inquiring to you about "fudiciary duty". Now, I'm not sure if you've seen/responded to the post but truth be known I can't find where I threaded the information.i.e I can't find it. could you please give me your legal expertise about this subject ex. what paper to file, limitation date etc. I would really appreciate this information. I have scoured the the internet, books looking for it and have come up empty handed for my specifics. please tell me whether the same papers etc refer to all types of practiceds medical etc.
If anyone else has ANY info regarding this topic, please help. This is very important and urgent.
    Thanks so very much

I'm afraid I have no answers for you about fudiciary duty, but I do know the thread you brought it up in.. "Lawyers"; here's the link:

I hope you find the answers you need; from the few threads I've read so far, I really feel for you and wish you the best of luck (and perhaps more importantly, advice and faith).

      Hi sasha1
Thamks to you, I found my lost thread Ha. There still is no response from Jeff about this issue of low/no standards of fudiciary duty; it seems to be a big secret amongst the legal community. I know what it is , I just need to know which paper I would file , limitation date, what burden of proof is needed, costs etc.
This is my third attempt at info regarding this topic: if anyone can help , please do....consider it my Christmas present from you. Thanks very much.
