no I am not , just get cheques for years , never any trouble
just the last couple years this person has made more annually
than he has paid for .
I dont know if it is worth going after , might work out to be
      about 2000.00 ??
but someone has told me you can go back as far as 7yrs?
someone else told me 3yrs ?

Case law on the subject is all over the place. Generally retro child support amounts are a given to the date of application.

In other circumstances, everything will swing on the facts of the situation.

          lawyer fees

My lawyer fees cost more than I received in retro......something to think about.
          You could file with FRO.

If you found out he made less, would you give the $2000 back?

yes I would , I only think it is fair to do that
they should actually have a law that requires that as well
                fair is fair
