    Before I would give a comment or opinion on that, I would like to see the exact wording and language of the separation agreement.

    However, as a general comment, a separation agreement is binding on the parties to the terms of same. If one party wants a clause to be changed or amended, and it is contested, they have to take the matter to court.

    There should be clauses in the agreement the deal with estates issues etc.
