So I've found out my FRO caseworker has been lying to me for months.
Each time I've let him know the payor was at a new job and asked him to contact the payors Union to get the contractor information to garnish his pay, he tells me he has, but comes up with an excuse, first telling me they are giving him false information, then telling me they aren't responding. After dates were not adding up, and speaking to him yesterday, I realized that he is not even contacting his union with a demand for information, instead he just keeps sending support deduction notices to a company the payor hasn't worked at since last July.
I was wondering if anyone knows how to contact a manager or someone higher up at the FRO, or if I should contact my MPP or go straight to the ombudsman.
I really would just like a new worker who's actually going to help me.
