Exit settlement conference in Ontario Court of Justice

Hello friends,

Has anyone ever heard of an exit settlement conference before? I have not come across anything within the family law rules. This was ordered at my previous settlement conference.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I know of this happening when one party is clearly being unreasonable. It iss an additional attempt by the court to get settlement and avoid a trial. Doesn't always work.
