Good afternoon all,
I am in the process of preparing a motion to have our Matrimonial home put on the market.
The reason is I no longer can afford to carry the mortgage, spousal and child support along with trying to support myself.
The opposing party has agreed to the date that was picked, at least it's a start for a change.
We already had our Case Conference and no other negotiations since even though I have sent in a few "Offers to Settle". They are not responding and ignoring me. Not sure if it is a stall tactic in order for me to cave in.......
That being said, my question is: when I file my form 14 do I also have to include form 14a at the time of filing or can it be submitted later on closer to the motion date??
Is there any format of filling out form 14a or just state the facts with back up proof??
Thanks
