If my wife and I have been attempting to work thinks out for the last two months, will that change anything now that we will be going back to litigation. She wasn't living with me in this period, however she did spend weekends with me on and off.
My kids were so happy to see mommy an daddy working thinks out, but then this past week she pulled the carpet from underneath my feet again and devestated my life again.
She was intimate with me through out this period, Now she tells me she doesn't have feeling for me. I feel like a yo yo.

I believe it is irrelevant . Separation date is as before unless the parties disagree for same.
