  • form 13.1 financial statement after long time separation

Hi I'm still confused by what household assets should I give out. My ex only listed the appliances and furniture and a her later purchased used car worth about 1000. Since I moved out 10 years ago, everything I had to start over, should I list all my own purchased household in value of half as a shared house hold assets? She also unclaimed cash assets she collected from rental.

in the household goods and furniture, should I also claim the ones that she put half in her statement? and plus which in my own households?

I'm so confused by how the judge determine how to split by these different statement. why can't just split what's has been as is on the separation date?

Why are you filling out form 13.1 instead of form 13? Notwithstanding fraud, property issues die two years after a divorce is obtained or six years after a separation.

Separation date and marriage date are the dates that matter for equalization of property. Looking at present assets assists with determinations of support or claims of undue hardship.

well, I moved out on 2006 without separation agreement. but keeps paying the home where the mother and children live in.

the ex filed divorce on 2011 and I missed the case conf and the judge ordered divorce and what she asked for. then I filed motion change for properties and access. then the appeal was successful and a new judge put side the financial issues but the divorce is in effect(I think). then the other side lawyer asked me to provide financial statement updated and tax return from 2005 until now.

is my situation still considered the two year and six years rule?

When she filed in 2011 it would have been within the six years.
