Motion to revise child support!

if my ex brings a motion to revise child support can I bring other things to the table? like he has not paid a dime for extraordinary expenses. Has not asked for access and refussed to take the kids for the agreed 4 weeks this summer so I had to pay for 4 camp weeks that were to be his responsibility! Alos he has no more health coverage and in our agreement it says he must provide such? Can I alos request a change to our agreement. Thanks for any help
