I would like to know why I was told that I cannot go after back support once my ex is served and we go to court. He denies paternity and refuses to pay support- hasn't paid a penny since our baby was born five months ago. I am going through the FRO and they are as slow as snails;they don't return calls either. I am extremely frustrated and WANT HIM TO PAY!!!!!!
