I guess it's not over. My youngest daughter who is 23 is trying to drag out the support for her mother. She was supposed to graduate with her Bsc this spring but she sent me a bill for two courses she plans to take over the summer through correspondence. She also mentioned she may have to take some courses from Sept - Dec. 2010 to get her degree. This is very disheartening as i thought the support was going to end in May. Do I still have to pay support becuase she failed to graduate after 4 years and wants to take a couple of courses over the summer?

Well, it's been a long road. 15 years of support payments, legal bills and tons of stress. My youngest daughter is 22 and in her last year of her 4 year program. She says she'll have to go to school over the summer to finish but I'm hoping to stop support payments in May. She had to get a student loan in the fall as her mother, who retired at 53 from a job as a waitress, says she can't afford to pay her part of the tuiton expenses. I pay 80%. What are my chances of getting of the support train for good in may?
