Holy Smoke, "Walter Fox? My god, the guy has a long history of mental illness and although he must be taking his medication he has his problems that mean he needs to be closely watched. The Hadley Suicide Murders did a lot of harm to fathers in Ontario courts and just mentioning that case is enough for some judges to throw the book at any man. Walter Fox would have served fathers better to keep out it.
