I sought out help for my cousin who recently moved her married boyfriend of 2 months into her house to co-habitate. I was worried she was setting herself up for trouble if things ended poorly. If they were considered common-law would he be entitled to any part of the home she owns with her retired mother and 7 year old son.

I found a site filled with answers and others that I could sadly emphasize with so many after suffering through a divorce and surviving as a single mother of 3 wonderful children.
