Is this possible within the Law?
Hello, Just joined. AM in the middle of separation. Am male, 74 and my wife (61) has changed lawyers 3 times. She refuses to settle and I am prepared to move back into the matrimonial home because I cannot afford to live away from home. Question.: A boyfriend has moved in....should I move back can the boyfriend stay. My attorney is on holidays and won't be back for a coule of weeks.

If you own or co-own the matrimonial home then all means move back in. lv
