Not sure what is Next?

Commom law left 1 month ago, had a bit of a amicable agreement & was paying half of household bills & mortgage. Now has changed bank acounts and not paying anything, mortgage and line of credit in both our names.

This is a nail in his coffin yes? Do I have to now get a lawyer?

Well my advice is talk to him about selling the house ASAP. You cannot expect him to keep paying half of the mortgage when he is no longer living there. As for the line of credit he should still pay half. Sell the house put any profit on line of credit and go from there.
