I am a new member, Can anyone tell me if I have a legal responsibility to keep visitation with my son, if my ex has sole custody and will not discuss my sons behaviour and respect for me. I am living in winnipeg. I realize that I have to pay child support.

There is custody and visitation. They are separate. IF she has sole custody my understanding is she is the sole decision maker. There is various levels of it depending on your separation agreement. Visitation and access are different. Yes you do have a legal right to visit your son. You should speak to your lawyer to figure out an access schedule.
