Introducing my spouse

My spouse Constitution1, has just joined the site and I wanted to welcome him here. He brings alot of knowlege about family and the law in general. So I hope that he will be around alot. For some who have read my posts he is the one that I have spoken about with regard to FRO. One of our goals is to bring about change and the start is awareness. So to him Good luck, Hon.

AtALoss, your spouse and I have already crossed paths. Seems like he wants to jump right in and has lots to say. I jumped on him for his spelling. lol

I have to assume that you did all the leg work in his legal battle with FRO. I'm going to assume too that you are the one writing his blog.

I get it that FRO has been outright ridiculous in the handling of the case, and it's great that you are finally getting it sorted out.

What I find even more ridiculous is your claim that FRO directly caused a blood clot in your leg (spouse's leg?) because you couldn't afford medication. Attempted murder charges against who? The FRO Administrator? Give me a break.

We shall see what happens March 6th. Yes there is direct cause He was not able to keep up with the meds that he needed and therefore the clots formed. The concerns are valid enough as the Ombudsman is looking into this. So will just have to wait and see. Many are aware of this.
Put it this way we had a lawyer at FRO in tears and a gentleman in the Justice Dept very upset as well. Both were horrified at what they were hearing.

There's nothing wrong with you helping him. I didn't most of the paperwork for my spouse's legal stuff too.

I guess what I meant was, your charges are unlikely to amount to anything. But, you will definitely get the attention it needs.

I know that FRO needs a kick in the behind.

Who knows ultimately in the end but there has been alot of serious stuff that did happen in his case and it has the attention of several prominant lawyers that want to get on board. Not a matter of money with any that are assisting us just all know it is time.
