Her common law partner decided to not have her live at their house any more which was unsafe to be there anyways..He has taken all keys to vechicles even though registered to her..now has moved the car who knows where...child went to property to get clothes bunch of people in house in childs bed etc but RCMP say because common law he can do what he wants...Were going to get a bunch of people to remove all her belongings and police and lawyer says not allowed because of common law...They been together 10 yrs...Has pretty much beat the fight out of her now I have taken on the role to help her and her children...

Where I live when someone takes the keys to my vehicle and hides it from me we call it car theft.
When someone has my things and won't give them to me it's called property theft. Common-law or not, your property is your property. There seems to be something missing from this scenario. |
