Apparently we have a meeting with both lawyers and ourselves to sort things out. It seems that only the pension is in dispute and he doesn't want me to have any of it. My life span is at best 10years although I know that no one really knows their life span however I have several illness that have shortened mine significantly. I'm sure he would like to have me wait another 20-25 years until it matures and he retires before I get any of the pension. But if that is the case I won't get any of it because I won't be around and he is of the belief that I won't be around in 5 years so he wants all the money he can get to keep.
I was the one who convinced him to go after this job for our future but he seems to have forgotten that of course. He says we were saving for our future but now he is just saving for his. He also says that I have lived in poverty before I should be used to it and should have no problem doing it again and I survived. Such a sweet guy!!!!!
