What is the procedure for a motion to go to trial?
I want to take my case to trial but don't know how to go about doing this. I will self be representing due to financial difficulty. She has forwarded two motions so far and was awarded temp SS and no CS, I have the kids and am maintaining the jointly held home. I believe I have a strong case and want to go to trial to get a final separation agreement. Any advice? |
