Default Loans for those who have been through bankruptcy
Hi guys, this is completely off topic but I am in a situation where I need a small loan, about $1000, but I have been through and discharged from a bankruptcy last year. I am wondering if anyone in the group might know of lending institutions which will provide a loan to someone in my position. I've heard about HSBC Bank but I'm not sure. Does anyone here know of or have had any experience with this?

My 11 year old car just completely crashed and I'm in desperate need of money to repair it!

The only ones I know of that tend to be a little more lax in the lending are credit unions..I think they tend to be a bit more forgiving..the other option is to try and get a loan with a co-signer...
