Does anyone know if there is a age limit of when your child can get their own lawyer in Quebec?
How would I be able to request a lawyer for my child?

There is a recent Supreme Court judgement on this where a father got his children a lawyer. I tried to find it in my research but, haven't been able to find it. It was a reported case so a good family law lawyer should know it and be able to point you to it on CanLII.org.
