If you have a good one I would be willing to try it. My mom used to make awful meatloaf. I am scared to traumatize my kid with it as well.

How about Shepherd's Pie? In addition to being tasty good, it makes me warm all over to be Shepherd'ed out of the abyss while eating.

We just had the most AMAZING ribs, I wish I'd made more of them. I am still waiting for the meatloaf and sheperd's pie recipes

Ok, you guys are making me hungry...I don't have a kitchen but I use to be a good cook.....I eat out everyday, if I eat at all.

Meatloaf, I love...2 pounds (approx.)Hamburger, 1 package onion soup mix, 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup beef stock, milk or barbeque sauce and 1 egg....mix and cook at 350 for about 1 hour...use to be yummy...lol....
