Default How to write a contract

This is for my sister...

****
I would like some advice on how to write a contract between myself, an artist, and a possible buyer of my art. He suggests leaving my paintings at his house and promoting because he has business coming through his house. I would like to suggest that he can do this for a 3 month period and after that, he can either purchase them or I can take them back.

make sure you have an agreed purchase price in it and the terms. Also cover for losses such as theft, fire, damage etc.

she has to cover every aspect. Say the art is in the guys possession and someone spills something on it or something happens to it, who takes the loss?? IF she doesnt cover that then he can just give it back to her and she has to eat the loss of a painting she cannot sell. If he has an offer from someone to buy the painting at a price higher then your sister offered it to him for, who gets the profit?? He doesnt technically own it until he pays her and he would be acting as a middle man so he should get some sort of commission.
