look at it this way, if you report it it does look better for you. How many people are stupid enough to report something that is illegal that they are doing?? Yes there are some idiots out the but for the most part the judge will cut you some slack. Now if they get a tip and it isnt from you then your ass may be toast.

your best bet is to make a call to the police yourself and ask them some questions without identifying yourself.

Hate to tell ya, but the fact is most cops won't do jack shit about weed unless it's trafficking.
Hell, it's defacto decriminalized out here.

perhaps a lawyer to assist in the complaint to protect you...or you could move and get your own place....

If you go to the police and tell them what is going on you will not be charged because you are reporting a crime.
Is it because of your medical problems that you are afraid to call the police? Is she/was she your care giver that you need her? Are you staying together because you feel you cannot do it on your own because of your health problems? Do they feel safe because you once did drugs and hold it over your head?

Just do it!! If there is no other reason why you doubt what you should do, then making that call should be a breeze. My ex didn't smoke in the house because I don't smoke and wouldn't allow it. I use to tell him if you want to kill yourself that's fine but you're not taking me with you. Be strong with your demand and follow through.

So she has FINALLY agreed to put the house on the market on March 1st..if i call the police i have them both for drugs but now that she agree to sell i'm thinkin it might be smarter to just let it go about the drugs..less waves caused and wont cause any issues with sale, i cant afford to retain a lawyer so is this the lesser of to evils to choose????

Has she agreed in writing? Don't go on her verbal agreement.

Nor will the courts. Unless you are blowing the smoke into a child's face the court, cops and others in the Family Law profession don't care. Trafficing even isn't a huge issue and CAS returns children to homes known to traffic drugs all the time.

Ok well...if you don't get anything in writing I wouldn't hold my breath that she will agree to list the house...

Is there not something you can fill out and file with the court to have the house sold? Others may know more about this but I have heard of it before.
