Variation Order- Child not living at home but still in education
Hello,
I'm about to start my first Notice of Motion for Variation. I'm completely new to the process. But I will keep my questions on seperate threads, if that is ok? If my child is still in full time education (college) but no longer lives at home ,and has not for approx 18 months, can I stop paying her mother the child support and pay her some moneys direct? Also can I request a credit with the FRO for the overpayment What are the guidelines for when a child no longer lives at home but is still in university/college. thank you
