As part of a settlement the business my spouse owned needs to be valued. I have my thoughts from my somewhat limited background in accounting. My spouse has asked me "How would they determine such". I can give some answers but realise there is much more to it that I know about. So my question is to anyone that may offer up any help... what might they consider.
He would be seeking (for lack of the right words) full value and i guess punitve damages against this. What happened was the business was taken completely illegally. Something that was recently determined in court that never should have happened. We are curious as to what to expect this process to involve. PM if you prefer & thanks. |
