Urgently need advice on Child Support issues

We had a court ordered agreement way back that said I paid $300 month child support plus post secondary expenses. I just became aware of this. The order was never filed with the fro and it appears he is doing that now. So I'm trying to figure out what my next steps are and if I can have it changed.

Anytime that there is a material change in circumstance you can request a change, no order is ever really final, even if it clearly states, Final Order.

You can ask to have the facts reviewed as well as the CS amount.
I think once all the info is provided the judge will want to know why he didn't seek to enforce the agreement sooner? And if indeed he had a verbal agreement with you.
Although any verbal agreement will not negate a written agreement, it will shed light on his position and possible his motives for suddenly seeking retro CS etc. where previously he had allowed it to go unenforced.

My lawyer hasn't given me a lot of information, so I want to be as informed as possible when I see her next week. It's a challenge living in a small town and being so limited in your choice of a lawyer.
