Update - Temp Settlement

Just wanted to update everyone on my situation, as I know there are a few people here in analagous situations re: support.

The ex accepted our most recent proposal re: support, and I'm paying a little less than I budgeted for, more than I want and WAY more than she deserves. In the end I agreed to a higher spousal offer than I was seeking, but doing so saved me a ton of legal fees arguing about it.

More relevant to the rest of you was how it broke down re: the biological father of my son. He agreed to pay the full list amount for him. I agreed to pay the full amount for my daughter, plus $150/mth for my son. Overall, I save about $150/mth in CS and the ex still gets almost 50% more CS per month in total.

This is only a temp order, so more legal wrangling will eventually come, but this works for now. Unfortunately, I'm probably going to have to self-represent from here on in due to financial concerns, so I'll be pestering for much more information in the months ahead. Thanks in advance everyone
