survivor pension and bankrupt
I have been reading non stop since I kicked him out. It is over a year... seems his lawyer rules on everything.
#1 survivor pension only if he dies first. read 133 seems i can ask for it?
#2 the only bill of the marriage was a visa. on 4 way conference, he was told to go bankrupt. so would that wipe it off his so called list of debts?
#3 as to the divisions of pensions his lawyer stated it was only that. All that I could expect was a monthly still tied to ex... and all the amounts are shown as if 13% taxed ? is this right ? or is he saving his client 13% and I will be double taxed.... and loose 13%?
