Default Spousal support calculator

Hi all,

if anyone can tell me how to calculate the spousal support, if we were working for the same company - 50/50 partners?
I have calculated the last three years (I was making 86,000.00$, and she was making 39,000.00$), and we have been married for 32 years?
I was not receiving company pay cheques, what record exist for; we were taking the money out of the company and buying the property, and on end of the year for tax purposes, she was the book keeper and accountant, and she put those numbers without any accounting proof. If we were 50/50 partners in Ltd. company, we suppose to receive equal pay!? Did anyone had same problems, or they can direct me to some judgements in same positions?

Thank you very much.

Given how close you both are to the company, perhaps your historical salary (before you split) is not relevant.

How much will you be making or are making after the split?

If you want to use SSAG, or any other method, you have to determine your real income - which may not be what is reported - it should be easy to determine, its not a trick question, meaning that you use the reality of what you make, not what may or may not be written down.
