Self employed and Child Support
My current child support obligations are paid up to March 2010 based on an Order on Consent with my ex wife who owned me money from the divorce settlement (but wasn't willing to pay) so we took it out off my child support obligations. Starting in April 2010 I will need to start paying for child support and my question is: Is the amount of child support I will need to pay based on Line 150 of my tax return?
