not sure where i stand
Ok getting married shortly . prenup mentioned .. i am process of selling my home but funds will not be done until after marriage . Where do i stand from what i understand if those funds are put into bank account then they are both. for the prenup not using family law ... no esates will be settled until both are gone. I have a yongster . I want to make sure some funds from sale of house are put away for his care etc eduction. would this be in the prenup or in the will.

I would think to be on the safe side to have a clause in both the pre-nup and also your last will and testament. Another option you have is to name the child on the account of the savings vehicle. lv
