Does anyone know what needs to be done and how to fill the forms for a motion to vary.

Also, after a court order how long before you can submit a motin to vary

Your local court house is a wealth of information on filing/serving/ and deadlines.

I think that, as long as there is a significant change in circumstances that there really isn't a defined period between when an order is issued and when one is permitted to submit a motion to vary.
It is a reality that life can be very unpredictable and things can happen quickly, say lost employment, or an accident causing physical impairment which in turn impacts ones ability to exercise access, or pay CS etc.

Again, I would go to your local court house or family law centre and ask about how the laws pertain to your particular situation.
