So the separation agrreement is signed and up until we are told not until my husband retires can the unlocked fund be divided????? i understand there is new legislation changing this...any comments would be appreciated..thank you..maur bal

http://www.fsco.gov.on.ca/en/pension...ts/1264E.1.pdf You need to check if you can still apply depending on the seperation agreement. Matters settled through the courts or a final court order prior to Jan1, 2012 means it is possible not open to you any more. Find out. |

We have never gone to court for property claims yet and our seperation was only 2.5 years ago. With that in mind, can I use this form to get information on my ex-wife's pension?
