I encourage all to be vocal with thier concerns. But be advised that if you are currently in litigation there may be little that the ombudsman may be able to do. But on the other side of the coin, Andre Marin admits to problems with FRO, Just feel that the more he is made aware of the better and frankly for all the others as well. While individually there may be little that can be done colectively we apply some pressure and maybe just maybe something will give some day.
