other than the required previous income tax statements
to determine child support , why do they need financial statements
Divorce is done and all has been determined.
Am I getting confused with all of this financial information everyone
is needing because they are in the process of seperation and
divorce?
Please clarify
One divorce is done , the other individual can't touch your assests
if all is paid up in child support etc

they want your financials for two reasons.......to determine amount of section 7 each pays (extraordinary expenses) and to see if one has higher standard of living.......In my view so the ex (if hes anything like mine) can try anything to weasel out of his parental obligation.....the last part was selfish but the other two reasons are true thats why you are asked for everything.........you have to absically show someone everything you have or plan to have until your child reached age of majority
